This poor blog has been dying a slow death and its all my fault i've been very off and on with the whole blogging thing. Mostly due to the fact i have a job now and working til 9pm some nights and not getting home til 10.30pm takes it out of me (and yes it takes me that long to get there and back even though i only need to take two buses :S). To also top it off im having to wait for an advance on my wages since i didn't get paid this month so all projects or general shopping is still suspended. So no fun things to report since my life is basically on hold right now, sad that it revolves around money well fashion does tend to and that is my vice.

The only recent perchase being these boots which are actually work uniform but i don't mind since i love them. They're going to be my go to boot this winter.

neck ruffage.

I always adored ruffly collars on blouses but im not really fond of wearing blouses/shirts in general though. Im not sure why but theres something about them that doesnt appeal. Well i fixed my ruffle neck adorning needs with this little number, im going to have fun layering it over jumpers and tees.



Now just to think up things for other parts that get neglected... face accessories anyone?

over knee boots.

So i wander around work constantly touching the over knee boots pondering them. Cuffing over the top of them so they sorta look like knee high pirate boots, hey you get 2 boots in one with these!. The selling point i always make sure the customer is aware of if they happen to try these on. But i couldnt help wondering peoples thoughts on these boots, actually any boot that creeps up your leg and over your knee. Do you instantly think 'pretty woman' or hey these are in for a/w and i can make them work? In practice boyfriends of the girls trying on these boots seem to be telling them they look like julia roberts out of pretty woman. I've never listened to a mans opinions on clothes or many womens much either since i know what i want. Are they right are we all going to end up looking like julia roberts and its all really one big mistake? Im still on the fence about these boots, mainly because i dont have stick thin legs and im always bad when it comes to boot buying season.



Anyway how many men have actually seen pretty woman? I thought it was exclusively a chick flick.

Im in love with dark lips at the moment, more of the deep purple/red shades dont think i'll be pulling off black anytime soon. Above are some shades i want to try out, i never buy expensive lipsticks especially for experimenting with a new look.

Im getting back on the blogging bandwagon, yes i have been very much awol lately but due to no funds, not really leaving the house, things to post about have been very slim lately. Although now i have a job (working with shoes, im trying not to buy them all!) i have new reason to start posting again.
